Been a while since we've had one of these threads. Thought I was past it, but once more, I'm drubnk on the cheapest vodka the Co-op can supply and contemplating the knife drawer. Hey, at least it's good NaNo research.

How's everyone else?

Step away from the knife drawer, Earl.
We love you!
:rose:

I am standing between you and the knife drawer -and I'm not afraid to bite :catroar:

*hugs*

Damn Earl, you just wetted my apetite!

Done good today, sold an apartment, ought to celebrate. Can't write and me hands buggered, so lets get pissed. I've three fingers of brandy in this bottle and another in the kitchen.

Join me. I'm watching depressive television and drinking diesel (vodka, coke and neat orange squash). Drubnk beats the real world in so many ways.

How come you've buggered your hand? And what mixers go with brandy?

I'm doing suduko - I'm told I need the brain exercise

hand is a long story, its a neural infection that can't trace at the moment which keeps sending bits of my body numb.

Brandy - neat, ginger or coke if you must.

I was drunk for 2 days straight...just kept drinking. And now I'm sitting here with a mug of coffee, my insides feel like they're turning inside out...Ugh.

Stop watching The Lifetime Movie Channel right now.

OH, you need spanked in the worst(er, best) way.

I took all the knives out of the drawer, Earl.

Replaced them with rubber balls.

Have fun.

There's drubnk, and then there's piss ass wasted. I'm the former right now. It leaves you a body that you can live in the next day. I don't recommend the latter.

I could do with a good drunk myself.

Humorous movies and/or B-grade horror flicks are tons of fun whilst on a good drubnk.

"Warm" is the operative word--for some reason, my face has gone flaming red with my cheap little binge tonight.

Might be the flannel pj's, though... :p
That's what used to be commonly referred to, in certain underage drinking circles, as the "Strawberry Hill Flush," in honor of that really, really cheap wine. Of course, I think that stuff isn't half bad. :D

I'm about to put on a pair of yoga pants and pour a glass of wine. Anyone care to join me?

Amidst the Flowers a Jug of Wine - Li Bai

Amidst the flowers a jug of wine,

I pour alone lacking companionship.

So raising the cup I invite the Moon,

Then turn to my shadow which makes three of us.

Because the Moon does not know how to drink,

My shadow merely follows the movement of my body.

The moon has brought the shadow to keep me company a while,

The practice of mirth should keep pace with spring.

I start a song and the moon begins to reel,

I rise and dance and the shadow moves grotesquely.

While I'm still conscious let's rejoice with one another,

After I'm drunk let each one go his way.

Let us bind ourselves for ever for passionless journeyings.

Let us swear to meet again far in the Milky Way.

He was a lush, but how I do love his words.
