The United States Government regulates interstate commerce, to include interstate freight haulers. Because of the interstate nature of this job, the driver's seat of a big rig is considered a federal workplace. It is against the law to be naked in a federal workplace.

Second, I don't think very much of a trucker who would take the lives of dozens of other people in his dick by not keeping his concentration exactly where it belongs, on the road and not on his dick.
