Driving myself crazy trying to find this story

I read this story several years back so I am limited on specifics. It starts out as a non-con where the manager or owner of some sort of equipment rental store takes advantage of his employee looking for a day off. I think she needed to take care of an ailing relative maybe.
He feels bad afterward but the sex continues and it turns into a bit of a romance plot where they end up together.

Also happy to hear suggestions of other non-con that turns romantic!
