So I got mine today from the county.

The Report is for 2007. Most of the sampling and analysis was done in 2005. This is a fairly common. Well, usually it's about 12 to 18 months behind in most places that I have lived. Three years is kinda pushing it.

There were no violations in comtaminants. BUT, since I am very well versed in this type of testing and the types of labs that do the testing....I say....Hmmmmmmm...

Some labs are very reputable. Other labs are not.

I just wonder which lab or labs did the testing. THAT is MY concern. They failed to mention that.

Three words: "Hey, Culligan Man!" :D

Every attempt to sell you a water system will start with a report on the hardness of your water.

I bought one myself, a few years ago. May of them are sold in north Florida, where the water is as hard as it can get without actually having rocks in your glass.

I worked in a small water testing lab for two years. Feel free to pm me with any questions on your results and I can hopefully provide you with some good information.

Go to Southern New Mexico to see what really hard water is

I couldn't say exactly how hard the water is in Long Beach, CA. However the billing is by the 'chunk.'
