i used to have this problem, i found that if you masturbate right to the point of orgasm and stop, sometimes some cum will come out without having an orgasm. it does kinda ruin the orgasm when you finally do have it, but you will still be horny when you cum so you shouldnt have much problem swallowing. i do this sometimes when im really horny, sometimes i can cover my face in cum without having an orgasm.
