Sounds like a shopping list for the French Quarter.

That reminds me......Hawaii, Oregon, and Alaska....what about the poor needy souls in the deep south. I never get to have any fun! stamps foot and goes to pout in the corner

I think it would be appropriate to have a branch here in the Knoxville area to serve the southeastern states, so I'm volunteering to manage this one. (No state income tax here, either :) )

I feel much better, thank you.

In england we're a kinky bunch, if a little backwards sometimes. :)

Maybe there should be a branch here too, since we're turning it into a multinational anyway.

I vote York, because it would totally fit in with the vibe of the place and london gets all the fun.

 Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Knoxville (TN)... multi-national? :: shrug ::

But there's nothin' wrong with establishing a branch in the Isles, and York's fine with me. We can have quarterly training and corporate meetings... February in Hawaii, May in York, August in Oregon or Alaska, and November in Knoxville. Nice weather in each that way :)

Late-blooming thought - okay, who's doing the financing on this? AS, Neomagalie, Killishandra? Jen, Gracie? We only need start-up cash - say 18 months' operating funds plus site leases (usually six months' advance for retail space), utilities, signage, stock, necessary equipment (ovens for the bakery, etc.), decor (presumably among the six of us, there should be someone who can set the color scheme, etc., so that would save a little, but the materials still have to be bought or leased), advertising. Okay, who's got the bucks?
