Google "map makers" or map builders or something along those lines. Hell, if you've got it, Visio can be used or other similar CAD program.
Save it as a jpg and upload it as a pic to your thread. Or post it on pic-sharing site and link to the image.
Another option is to draw out the map by hand, scan it and do the above.
Most ORP's don't really need that strict a map from my experience, though.
