You'll probably want to edit your first post because this thread takes place 15 years after the release of the Androids. Consider the time frame to be like a long-long-long version of the Android saga, minus Cell.

None of the Saiyans have reached SS2, and the Androids have increased in power to stay ontop of the Saiyans.
