Open thread

Timeline: It has been 15 years since Androids were first released from their capsule pods. At first their awesome power outclassed the Saiyans, even in their Super Saiyan form. However, the events of this timeline don't match what happened in the manga/series. Gohan never reached SS2, Goku never died, etc. The main villain(s) would be the androids, who rival the power of the Saiyans in their first Super Saiyan form.

*Broly is going to be a special player in this case, and will provide some interesting plots to be developed later on. As such, the role of 17 has been given to Onimaru until Broly comes in.

Appearance:Android 18

Bio:Beautiful as she is deadly, Android 18 is a cybernetic human, modified by the scientist named Dr. Gero. She and her brother 17 were once runaway humans, but decided to be fitted with cybernetics. As a cyborg, Android 18 is extremely powerful, she is able to easily overpower a Super Saiyan. 18 is fitted with a device that gives her a continuous energy supply. This prevents her from becoming exhausted while fighting, and augments her power enough to make her a formidable opponent even for a Saiyan.

Hey this looks fun, and ironic cause I just finished watching Wrath of the Dragon DVD I bought today. I see Videl is still open, I would like to play as her if not a propblem. BTW is this following the show storyline, or not cause I would like to get a feel of where Videl would be as in her training and stuff, in example has she mastered flying yet?

This thread doesn't follow the storyline perfectly really. For instance this thread takes place 7 years since the Androids were released, and by that time in the manga/series they had been defeated and Cell destroyed. So no, this topic doesn't have to follow the show. And so yes, Videl has learned to fly and develop her skills.

cool so in this Videl could have some basic ki attacks then and be somewhat powerfull, least able to handle herself in some fights without kicking ass kicked too fast.

Since this isn't following the animie or manga, would this mean Videl and Gohan would or would not be going out in this? If they are fine, or is she just dragged into the whole mess while spying on Gohan or something, I think either would be fun, just wanted to know how best play the part and how you were planning on playing this.

This thread is basically like a longer Android Saga, but Gohan is grown up and thus went to school with Videl. If you want to couple up then that's fine, but you should probably ask dragonrazor what he wants to do.

I didn't have the intention of having anyone pair up at first, but it might make it interesting for 18 to try and work her way into Videls affairs.^_^

Background- Videl is the daughter of Hercule Satan, the champion of the last several World's Martail Arts Tornaments. Ever since was little she has been pushed to be the best, just like her father. She even learned the ablitlity to use and control her ki. She strives to be the best, and won't stop until she is. She is well known all over Orange City for her tremdious stength and ability and is a volunteer for the OCPD.
