Don't you hate it when you write a long helpful PM for someone to do something

It makes me not even want to offer help anymore sometimes.

but what sometimes makes it worse is when they are not even a newbie but a regular registered user

Todd, I REALLY hope you get laid in the next 3 weeks, so you have something worthwhile to piss and moan about.

I TRY to return PM's to people, IF I see that a return is warranted. But, sometimes people dont' have time to respond right away, or think I'll get to it tomorrow, and accidentaly forget about it altogether.

I'm SURE it's nothing personal, it happens to us all.

I try to return all my PMs that I get. Sometimes I get really swamped with school and I forget one or two (and then kick myself a week later). If someone has helped me then I'll definitely send them a thank you note to let them know

As it is, I've met some great people through PMs that I want to keep in touch with (you all know who you are )

I admit,pm's are something that I forget to read.

However,I rarely get pm's telling me how to do something,but I get alot of them asking for help in finding av's. Actually a certain theme of av's I must say.

Well this PM was to a person who had asked how to do something

I took about a fair amount of time and wrote step by step how that person could go about and do what it was that they wanted to doshowing them how and giving them eaxamples. it just seem to fallen on deaf ears. i and that person have never talked realy on the board, but i still ofered the advice they asked. the least that could of been said was fuck off i don't want your help, even after a month.
