All the taco, curry, piroshki, and kimchee trucks I've seen on streets in west coast states have permits pasted in their windows so I assume they're legal. The open food carts I hit in Mexico and Guatemala also showed permits. I've seen cops of various jurisdictions partaking at such in all nations. I don't see cops at McFood outlets so maybe they know something.

Depending on how china and mexico react to the tariffs, estimates are about 3 million actually lost + another 4 million new jobs not created, by 2019.

I also love his infrastructure plan, the "spending" is all via tax breaks that don't require any actually new infrastructure projects. All the tax breaks can be used on existing projects.
