"Simply put, there is no pandemic exception to the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights,"

"This facially discriminates against religious exercise," he said. "California has not shown why interactions in offices and studios of the entertainment industry, and in-person operations to facilitate nonessential ecommerce, are included on the list as being allowed with social distancing where telework is not practical, while gatherings with social distancing for purposes of religious worship are forbidden, regardless of whether remote worship is practical or not."

Where is the "warning?"

The whole "ban this but not that" thing is totally illogical.

States get to decide their own policies. Trump had his chance.

Proving once and for all small minds are limited in the concepts they can get their head around.;)

I think the problem is that they don't bother to think for themselves. As of this morning there wasn't an "approved" narrative on this from the MSM so they can't acknowledge that it happened.

So, no warning was given yet here you two nitwits are attacking me instead of your bullshit source.

Thanks for using big red letters to prove that you were lying and have no idea what a FUCKING WARNING is. :)

No that's a threat. Threats are the bastian of those that do not provide consequences after a warning.

A warning is corrective. A warning is enlightening. "You are on the wrong path" should be sufficient warning.

Keep California "locked down."

it implode will be must see TV!

That's not a threat either, snowflake. Grow up.

Probably wasn't in the Yahoo News feed.;)

The usual suspects are certainly bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning. Which could be the result of a double dose of adderall.
