DOJ may have just ‘handed’ Trump the presidency in 2024 with FBI raid

I find the most appalling part in all of this to be the blind adoration people like you have for anyone not named Trump.
If that's what you read into my comment, that is on you and you alone.
We are in THE WORST possible situation since the great depression. Europe is about to explode into WWIII, the middle east is about to get a nuclear bomb to use as a terrorist weapon, and the rest of the world is teetering on the brink of a depression so vast it'll make the 1930's look rich by comparison.
That's just what the likes of you have said every time a Democrat has been elected president since at least Jimmy Carter. Now, when did we really get into "the worst possible situation since the Great Depression"? In 1982 and then in 2008. I'm sure you remember who was president then.

Yes, it's what I read into your statement. Remember, you appear to others as they see you, not as you view yourself in the mirror. My opinion; you're as ugly on the outside as you are on the inside.

You, like all D's just love to point the finger at R's for economic woes while forgetting all the things you constantly mention at other times. One of those things which comes to mind in regards to this is that you parrot the meme that we're currently undergoing a world-wide recession so how could the US be the cause of it.

Yet on the other side of your mouth you say it's always the R's fault that the economy takes a dump. To which the obvious reply is; if it's worldwide, and the US isn't the cause, how could it be the fault of US and the R's?

Basically, it comes down to the fact that your logic isn't very logical. That's because you're as ugly on the inside as you are the outside.

trump

business man
multiple bankruptcies

marriage
multiple divorces, affairs and lawsuits

president
worst ever
Name the crimes and prosecutions. Tell us with specificity which statutes he violated while being President.

Breitbart is a shit source
90 percent of what they publish is misinformation
True, but it's also a propaganda site, rather than a news site.

And like all propaganda sites, it has an agenda, which is basically to back a white nationalist, strict, authoritarian government while weakening democratic institutions, and in this case, sees a Trump presidency as a means to do this. And like most propaganda sites, it will not only distort facts, but outright lie and invent false truths to promote their agenda.

The bigger problem isn't merely that such propaganda sites exist.

Rather, it's that there are people who do not know the difference between news and propaganda, and thereby allow themselves to be manipulated by "News"/propaganda sites like these, and drawn down these dark rabbitholes. Or (like Rightdaddylor706) they DO know the difference, but continue to spread this kind of manipulative disinformation anyway- which is actually far worse.

For a guy who loves to accuse others of having lousy reading comprehension, you don't appear to have grasped that 1982 and 2008 are both in the past, thus not relevant to the causes of the current economic situation. So the contradiction you're suggesting here doesn't exist at all, surely even you can see that.
Yet on the other side of your mouth you say it's always the R's fault that the economy takes a dump.
I never said that. I simply pointed out that the last two severe recessions were on the Republicans' watch.

Moving them goalposts, eh? :)
Everyone on the left likes to speak in generalities about Trump's alleged crimes and corruption and how he should be imprisoned and or executed. Five straight years of uninterrupted investigation by the FBI, a Special Prosecutor with 15 of the best Trump hating fanatics in the DOJ and a 30 member staff of the same, several committees of Congress and two failed impeachment attempts, and no evidence of any crimes or wrongdoing. The DOJ to date is fully engaged in inventing evidence, using illegal searches and seizures, in search of a crime they can pin on him. That's not to say that a whole world of fanciful inventions about Trump doesn't exist in your mind, however.

COMING FROM THE GUY WHO BROUGHT THAT UP, this is really funny.

You're a klown. Worse, you're a klown just for the sake of being a klown.

President Donald Trump’s claim that his “passports” were seized in the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago last week could have major legal implications for any investigation into him: it could mean his Fourth Amendment rights were violated in the search.

As Breitbart News reported earlier Monday, former President Trump announced on Truth Social: “In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else. This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!”

Typically, an individual’s passport would not be subject to seizure unless there were reason to believe he or she was a flight risk. An order authorizing the seizure of a passport would have to be approved by a court in most circumstances.

The search warrant under which FBI agents conducted the raid, with the approval of Attorney General Merrick Garland, does not list Trump’s passports as within the scope of the search; nor does it list the passports in the property register of seized items.

What can I say? He’s a slippery grifter who learned at the knees of some of the best con artists and criminals.

and two failed impeachment attempts,

He was impeached, so not failures. The failure was senate Republicans turning their backs on their sworn oaths.

and no evidence of any crimes or wrongdoing.

Well, there is the obstruction of justice thing. Shame the house didn’t pursue it.

The DOJ to date is fully engaged in inventing evidence, using illegal searches and seizures, in search of a crime they can pin on him.

Reality says otherwise. But feel free to bury your head in the sand.

That's not to say that a whole world of fanciful inventions about Trump doesn't exist in your mind, however.

The fact that you and other trumpers can’t or refuse to see trump for who he really is, among other things a credible threat to democracy, is actually and truly concerning. If the times choose the man and he gets back in office, I guess we deserve the fucking we‘ll get.

I brought it up in response to your silly claim that we're on the verge of another Great Depression. Truth is, not only is that not the case, but it has been the case twice under Republicans.

So you brought it up but now claim it's irrelevant?

Winner!!!!! :nana:

Not charged != no evidence. More than anything this country is afraid of going after a former president who's dumbshit followers will turn into violent petulant children as soon as he's charged. Or did you miss one of you idiots attacking an FBI office?

At least you're all so dumb none of you will manage anything like OKC. Thanks for killing education in your backwater states or one of ya'll may have understood chemistry.
