The first helps the joints and the second fills you with feel good hormones so you relax and the aches don't hurt as much, if at all

I already take copious amounts of the former & have been trying to get the latter for most of my life but at the age im at now i need it to be available on script & my doc tells me the nhs hasnt advanced that far as yet
