Lol, I have three living parents, my real Dad and my adoptive parents, my Gran took care of me for many years

Sounds like a long and many-faceted story! But I see why your Gran was so important.

I've no living parents, which isn't all that unusual for a fellow of 50 -- Dad died late last year -- but my Grandmother (my mother's mother) is still in fine form! I got her Christmas card in today's mail.
