That's the right way to do it. I'm slowly trying to let my body realize that... without much success. I was never strong in resisting temptations.

I was even so stupid to only drink beer in place of both lunch and dinner... 2 times stupid. 3 times stupid because I accepted some sparkling wine from a girl after 24 hours of a beer diet with no food...

not the only thing I accepted from that girl...
