Well, it's a work day, but other than that.....

With the end of the year closing in fast, I'm spending much of the day trying to get my business taxes in order. Yuck. I like civilization, I just don't like paying for it.

Oh, and re: lactose intolerance, look around for a Thai restaurant some time. They most items cook with coconut milk. (Don't much care for it myself.)

Yeah, not that it's hard to cook without milk, but at a restaurant you have to ask every time. Still, not so bad as the wheat/gluten allergy a friend of mine has -- no bread, no pasta, no gravy thickened with flour, etc.

The only thing I'm allergic to is picking up the check.....
