Doesn't time fly when.......

I've got 4 books sitting on my nightstand that I've yet to read. That is very odd for me. I may do that later this evening.

Got so many damn books I've had to start stacking them all over the place... I need to get rid of some

Nope, I prefer escapism...... as far away as possible

*nods* Books are an escape for me....always have been. I just get lost in the story and can read for hours on end.

Yup, I do that.... several hours later I may just emerge and provide food.... but it's doubtful

Uh huh... my kids soon learned how to make sandwiches :D
Mine too. My oldest will even bring me coffee on occasion without being asked when I'm reading. She knows me so well.

Hopefully, I'm passing on the love of reading to them. You can learn so many things in books.

Only one of mine really loves reading...one just reads a bit before bed and my yeti thinks books are for stacking things on

I tried just reading before bed....Ended up staying up all night as the book was too good and I lost track of time. lol

My youngest thinks books are for coloring in...If it doesn't come with illustrations, she adds them.

Yeah... since I've been on my own I often suddenly realise it's 4 am and I ought to be sleeping

If I'm still awake and reading at 4am, I just stay up. I usually have to be up by 6am so going to sleep for 2 hours is a waste. Just keep reading, I say. :D
