I have a story series with 10+ published chapters but for some reason, my submissions have been ignored since December and now I have 8 chapters stuck in pending.

I sent a PM to Laurel during these 2 months twice yet nothing happened.

Does anyone have any results from sending her a PM?

Yes. One of mine had been pending for about ten days (unusual for me), so I sent a PM. The story had fallen between cracks. I received an apologetic reply, and the story went live the next day.

That does seem odd. Yes, I've had things fixed after a PM, though I never got a direct answer.

Yes

I will say she often reads PMs and takes action she deems appropriate , but doesn’t always reply. I have heard from her recently, though.
