I'm a new member. I have emailed 3 "editors" to try and start getting my stories published with no response. When I tried to log onto chat to see what's going on I got an error message.

Is anybody in there????

First off, welcome to Lit.

Secondly, a better method to finding an editor is to check out the Editors Board. There are a few 'stickies' there that will give you some information.

Regarding the chat side of Lit. I know it had been hacked in recent months and there was a lot of down time and everyone got some error message. Also, there are only enough for a certain amount of chatters at one time so a lot of time people will get an error message about that too. I know they increased the 'seats' if you will so I think you have to keep trying.

Any other questions? There are lots of helpful and friendly people also there is the Blank Manual and the FAQ stickies just above.
