They are the two important factors for me and my girlfriend want for a strap on. All the sites I have found have seen offering this have what looks to be really poor straps that wouldn't last long so if anyone has seen a good quality one I'd really appreciate a link.

You may want to find the right vibrator/ejaculator and then fashion your own straps or garment to attach it to your gf.

An older fashioned girdle can be modified rather easily to accomadate a strap on.

As somebody with a fair amount of experience with dildos, vibrators, and strap-ons, I can confirm that you definitely need to look for a dildo and then get a harness for it. The possibility of finding something that vibrates and ejaculates and is built to strap on and is going to be of any quality is basically nil. Tristan Taormino recommends the Pumpin Peter North which is from Xandria, a pretty reputable shop. It's got balls, so it'll go in a harness. Check Toys in Babeland or Good Vibrations for harnesses.

What I would suggest is to get a vibrator with a small watch battery operated motor and put it in an ejaculating strap on. I myself, found the need to give this a try, and so I did. And it works rather well.
