Does anyone else feel sad when September comes around every year?

I always feel a little sad when September comes around. I’ve felt this way since I was young girl living in the USA. I was adopted to the US in 1972 from the border of North and South Korea. I never knew true freedom or any of the wonderful things that came naturally to those born here. I loved summer and my adopted family was so much fun but when September came and school started it became different. I’m in my 60’s now but I never have lost slight sadness when September comes around comes. Does anyone else feel this way??

September huh? I have never really thought about it. Usually height of hurricane season here which causes some anxiety. And rarely travel this time of year because kids are back in school so yeah maybe that causes some depression. Been listening to this tune a lot recently. Hang in there.

September, when the allergens leave and we're getting ready for fun in the snow season? I welcome it.

I actually enjoy September. My birthday is in September. It's the start of cooler temps. The leaves start changing. No mosquitoes around the campfire. Hasn't started snowing yet (that happens in October). Less busy around town, during the day, because everybody's children are in class on campus.

I never had summers off when I was younger and now I look forward to the end of state fair in September. Also the more peaceful, quieter weather.
