I would guess that its a digital sketch of a real woman, but I'm not 100% sure on it, thats just my guess.

Good question. I did wonder about it myself for a bit, then the Literotica Boards took over my interest. Hopefully, Laurel or Manu can clear this up for ya, if they have some spare time.
