Does Age Matter

I don't think age matters at all. I'm 23 and I have only dated a lady younger than me once. I'm more attracted to older woman. I just more fun with them, we have better convo's and the know what they want. If they are happy together and not hurting anyone, then who cares. You only live once.

I don't believe age should be a factor in a relationship, but there are times when a big difference could add on too many problems (physical health; activities; etc.).

I don't mind that my 'Man is a little younger than me (I'll enjoy tormenting him when he finally reaches 50!!). Just very glad we're close enough in age to share a lot of the same likes and are able to discuss things we both remember from our childhoods.

I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone who didn't remember the Beatles!!

Most of the guys I dated or liked were always younger, a little bit, most of the guys my age were either dating the younger/older girls. I have dated a few guys that were older, but not by much. I think the biggest problem is that is they are too much younger/older, especially younger that their likes, dislikes what they are into (partying every night, not having a job, car, no responsibility, etc..) are different from what yours are. Especially if you have a child that you are trying to raise and you have this kid that thinks more like your child. No thanks. I have a hard enough time raising my own kid, I don't want to have to raise another one that is supposed to be an adult. But if your interests and everything are the same and you are looking for the same thing than I see nothing wrong with any age difference! Maybe it is because somewhere along the way, and trying to raise my child that my outlook and preference in what I look for changed. Give me a good man, who is willing to take the time please me and satisfy my wants/needs and have the same goals in life and enjoy his company, makes me laugh, is there for me when I need him. Any day. Don't know from experience, but have heard that that little blue pill works wonders!

you made lots of great points there ..and I feel the same way if i am looking to share my life with someone ... right now i am just dating ,so as long as they show me and my kids respect and he and I are both happy with the way our relationship is going ...I pretty much just go with it ... it works untill it doesn't anymore

Hmmmm good question! I can understand why someone 20 or 18 would freak you out, I mean think about it, in most states that person cant buy you a drink! LOL!

I do have age restrictions kinda, I wouldnt date anyone who couldnt buy me a white russian, BUT I also wouldnt date anyone who was more then 10-15 yrs older then me, because, well frankly they are near the same age as my parents. I when you look at it that way its just EWWWW! ( I am 27 as of today) Not that my opinion on this would really matter all that much, since, being married I dont date! Well that and the fact that my girl will be 17 this year ... ( feeling old now ..lol ) I didn't tell her how old the 22 year old was at first and she kept trying to guess and when she got down to 18 I thought I better just tell her ...none of my kids have a problem with the ages , but i really don't bring them to my houes ,I guess i didn't know if I would be dating them long and I didn't want my kids to get attached to someone if he was not going to be around long ( my kids miss having a man in there lives and could become attached very easy ) which brings on a whole other subject of why alot of times I don't just do what I want to , i have to think about how things affect my kids ... anyway ... the last time the guy came to pick me up of a date ,my 9 year old son walks out with me ,walks up to him and Introduces himself as he shakes his hand... I guess we will see more of him around the house ...

I have to say, I have always liked older men, but recently in the past year I have been more attracted to younger guys and for some reason they are the ones that are asking me out … I have been dating a 22 and 24 year old. The 15 year age difference did bother me at first but after we got to know each other better it didn’t seem to matter much (we have a great time) but yet when someone 20 or 18 try talking to me or ask me out I get freaked …So I guess there is a line for me … I might need to add I am 37 ...lol not that you can't do the math

Actually darlin' I'll be stopping by a little later By the way, Viagra is a great recreational drug. I wish the stuff had been around 30 years ago. I'd recommend it to anyone between 18 and 80 whether you need it or not It's embarrassing as hell to get it though because you have to convince the doctor you need and they give you like four reasons. I said "no. 3" without any thought(he'd already given me a lecture as using it as an enhancement) and he repeated no. 3 back to me-I knew at that point I wished I had picked any other number

Think I know what you mean-you should try it-really. It's a great enhancement for men and women. Also not as weird for a woman to get but a little more difficult. Borrow it, get it over the Internet or, by law a woman can get it prescribed to her by a psychiatrist strangely enough but not a personal physician-I know this shit cause I'm an attorney
