For myself, generally short but not a buzz cut.
For women, it just has to "look right" with the person. Although I think I have a slight preference for shoulder length.
Ha...not much. A little. Need to be able to talk to the other guys "around the water cooler" sometimes. My good friends and co-workers know that I don't really "follow" sports much. But sometimes you need to in other settings.
