I just went to my profile and edited my av...as you can see I only have 7 posts including this one

I couldn't do it under 100 - you have special powers

Go to user CP, then select edit Avatar - easiest is to post a pic - gif seems to work off your hard drive - it's really fussy about it not being too big (no comment!!)

not sure...it might be settings on your computer that aren't letting you...special powers?...perhaps, I've got an AS degree in Computers, maybe my computer is just special...I did build it afterall...lol

lol...don't feel bad...I literaly built mine from parts, before I got my degree...I found out in school that under tools/internet options there are security settings that can keep you from visiting sites, or limit what you can do on sites...try setting all your security settings to default
