It's just somebody who knows just barely enough about you to make you think so. Such info can be passed around in PMs (as I know some of the stuff Nora's accused of has been). Once you posted your suspicions, the troll jumped right in to make them sound plausible. Not saying you're absolutely wrong, just that the evidence isn't nearly as clear as you think it is.
