I thought I recognized him from the Express Wok...Some day I will have to tell you about a place I lived in right out of high school, me and a bunch of Chinese cooks, nice guys, didn't speak much English, but we would sit around drink beer, and play mah jong. And they would feed me for free in the kitchen...it was above a restaruant....
