Do you think that Hans Schmidt is...

As a postscript, operation of a free site makes "banning" users impossible, since they can simply re-register. They can be individually restricted, but if the restrictions prove unbearable, they will simply re-register as some other name. The question isn't should some particular name be "banned," but should the site let people say what they will, or have everything be monitored?

Very difficult if the police think there's a case to answer and have him put away...

As far as I know, he hasn't broken any laws.

One time I watched an episode of Cops where the police pulled over a car full of kids who were suspected of brandishing a weapon in some incident that night. The police searched the car and came up with a toy gun matching the description of the one in the report.

The police knew the kids and somewhere along the line, they decided to hand the kids over to their mother instead of taking them downtown.

They actually protested and asked to be taken to Juvie.

I believe that a similar solution would work now.

I'm laughing that anyone would take posts on a message board so seriously. After 6 months nothing has happened...

"Oh noooo....he might commit a crime...."

Sounds like something an old lady might cry about.

Those mysterious snipers that keep turning up...?
