The sociopathic foreign policy of Dick Cheney has been pretty much faithfully continued during the Obama administration. Obama has pushed the envelope here and there, with a big increase in drone assassinations and the highly significant assertion that the president has the legal authority to order assassinations of American citizens (Cheney probably didn't think he could get away with that one -- he feared a backlash from Democrats. Apparently, Obama doesn't need to worry about that.)

But here's the thing that really creeps me out -- under Obama, much of the really hard-core blood-lust is coming from female members of his administration: Samantha Power, Victoria Nuland, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, and of course, Hillary. Somehow, seeing women panting for more opportunities to commit war crimes seems more grotesquely repulsive to me than seeing men do it. Should it be the same? Am I a sexist because I am more shocked when women do this?

You're a sexist and an idiot. Do you feel better now?

That's all Bush's fault.

Yep, they are (D) they are progressive and the Democrats will defend ANYTHING they do. There is literally NOTHING they could do that would get backlash from their own party.

If you are male you are sexist, if you aren't then it's impossible for you to be sexist. Just like if you are white you're a born bigot and if your a person of color then you're born a victim.....unless you disagree with the narrative then you're not really a person of color.

Just ask a democrat, pretty much any of them.

I didn't realize you were sitting in the meetings where such things were being discussed and planned. Since you weren't, yes, you probably are just being sexist because you have no idea what you're talking about and have decided just to rag on women.

See, you're a white guy, that means you're always wrong, racist and sexist.

You were born as such.

They're all heinous war criminals who, in any sane world, would be rotting in prison.

But we don't live in a sane world.

Aside from having lower physical strength than males and small compensating increased abilities in some other areas females are equal to men. That includes political ambitions and warmongering. I'm betting the Argentine government considered that Britain was ruled by a woman when they invaded the Falklands. And ran straight into the 'Iron Lady'.

Typically what are the most dangerous animals on the planet? Females defending their young!

Unless you are arm wrestling a woman of lesser size than you, never ever underestimate them. Putting them on a pedestal is sort of pandering to them for sex.

So yes, it is sexist and chauvinistic to think women cannot be warmongers. Idealistic at best. If all women were compassionate and devoted to family and children, then we might have some hope for humanity in the long run with 50% of the population being so caring. Again idealistic at best.

I get your intended irony -- Obama chooses to keep all of Bush's most demented policies, and the Dems are convinced that somehow the Repubs made him do it. But there is another aspect to this. Bush was a mean-spirited wretch, but he was also dumber than a sack full of hammers, and in a way, that makes him slightly less culpable IMO than someone like Susan Rice, who has a PhD in Empire Management from Oxford.

Well, yes, but that's the survival instinct at work, the selfish gene or whatever. There is no malice involved on the lady animal's part. They don't enjoy the inflicting of pain.
