1) It's not my bed and have specific rules set;
2) I'm feeling very ill;
3) The ambient temperature above the blanket is expected to fall under +16 C (60 F).

Any kind of pants for bed is considered only if required by 1) or in very extreme cases of 3) else, in moderate cases of 2) and 3) the attire would be wool socks first, high collar long sleeves shirt second, in some 2) cases wool scarf additionally or instead of the shirt.
