Do you own your body?

The entire abortion ARGUMENT is dishonest because it isn't based on truth but snippets of perceptions of fantasy.

Abortion is still legal. States get to decide how far that legal procedure can go. In some States, it's nowhere, in others it's nearly limitless. But no matter what the limit is, the facts are that Abortion is LEGAL and yet here you are whining that it's not legal enough and that other States need to change to suit your ideas even if you don't live there.

Here's some truth for you: If you don't like the tax burden in your State, either change the laws or move. Don't like the crime rate, either change the laws or move. Don't like the level of public services, change the laws or move. Don't like the way abortion is regulated, change or move.

It's that simple. Yet morons like you seem to think it's complicated because you want stuff your way.

Life ain't Burger King and no matter how many times he tries to convince you it is, luk's atmydik ain't never going to be a whopper.
That’s the same argument those in favor of slavery and racism made.

I have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Delete what? I haven't EVER deleted a post of mine. I haven't seen you post PROOF that ANY posts are going missing either. Just a bunch of unverified bullshit at this point. And, since you completely FAIL to direct your bullshit at a specific person, it's nothing more than your addlepated attempts to sound reasonable inside your own skull.

Hissy fit? Since when is agreeing that you, if you wish, can legally kill your own progeny a "hissy fit"?

Body ownership is bullshit. You don't "own" your body. You never have and never will. That you believe you do only illustrates how stupid you are because despite what you think eventually you WILL die. Which ought to tell you that you don't "own" squat.
Post your address so I can come over and remove your belongings. You don’t “own” them because eventually you WILL die.

Again, so when you sell your plasma, who gets the money?

When someone sells a kidney, who gets the money?

Why can't the government force you to donate blood?

You say we don't own our bodies yet ignore every legal standard and put forth philosophical or religious arguments - of which vary wildly around the country and even around the world.. The reality is that we DO own our bodies. The only reason you're arguing differently is because it's not your body on the line.

Oh look, another post that will be deleted in time.

But still nothing that actually refutes the reality of American legal precedent. Just more hysterical blathering.

Adrina’s right to body autonomy ends at the point where her fist hits luk’s nose.

Adrina’s right to body autonomy ends at the point where she endangers or ends the life of luk’s child in her womb.

For me, this thread clearly illustrates the selfish motives of Adrina and people who think like her.

Hopefully, she’s not a mother in real life.
Luk, Luk, Luk!!!1111

My address HAS BEEN posted. It's also in a public database.

So, when you coming over to try to "remove" my belongings?

You cannot, by law, sell the parts of your body. That simple fact should make even a nitwit like you understand that you don't "own" any of your body. Because if you did, you could sell it, rent it, or dispose of it as you wish.

Here's a fun fact for you; prior to "the modern age" you COULD IN FACT sell your body. You could satisfy unpaid debts by entering into voluntary servitude for a contract specified period of time and your Master would pay your debts for you in exchange for your service.

That ended with the emancipation proclamation. Which was the result of "modern thinking" that people should not be "owned."

So, all the self righteous bullshit you spew about how you're treated so poorly because you're a woman is actually ALL YOUR OWN FAULT. You wanted to be treated equally...

Well, you got it so shut your trap and quit whining about how you don't like the shit sandwich the rest of us have had to deal with since the beginning of time.

Adrina’s problem is in refusing to accept that she doesn’t and can’t own the person growing inside her.

Consequently, everything she and her troll friends have posted is just angry nonsense.

I doubt anyone who has followed this thread will ever give her, luk, butters, etc any credence on anything else in future.

She gets off blaming everything and everyone for the fact that she's a loser who has done nothing in life except make the worst possible choices.

Yes you can sell parts of your body. Plasma centers are a thing and they do pay for it. Unless plasma is like that carbon based water. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh do please contain your glee at women being subjected to the whims of judicial activists. Shit sandwich indeed. Oh you poor suffering soul. I have such pity and sympathy. I will go light several candles in supplication to whichever male god you need to soothe your petty ego.

while it's illegal to sell your kidney and other vital organs (they can be donated), it's perfectly legal in America to sell plasma, hair, sperm, eggs, rent your womb in surrogacy, sell your skin in the form of tattooed 'advertising space', and there are probably others.

There you go then, a untapped business opportunity awaits you. Just sell that developing clump of cells...

“The inescapable conclusion is that a right to abortion is not deeply rooted in the Nation’s history and traditions.
The inescapable conclusion is that alito believes his religion is the one to guide his choices.

“No health-care provider or researcher on maternal health would ever use the term ‘pro-life’ in reference to the forced-birth movement,” Rubin argues. “We know with great certainty that abortion bans present a serious threat to the lives of women. Indeed, a 2012 study calculated that the risk of death from pregnancy is 14 times that of abortions, which are exceptionally safe thanks to advances in medicine. We also know the risk of death from pregnancy is also three to four times greater for Black women, because of higher rates of poor health and poverty, more limited access to health care and discrimination by health-care providers.”

new bipartisan abortion bill proposed in Senate but unlikely to get the 10 republican votes needed to pass

murkowski, sinema, collins, and Kaine

basically abortion before viability ok with little to no gov't interference, ok after viability if it's dangerous to the mother... decisions about what constitute viability and dangerous between mother and their doctor

The compromise legislation unveiled Monday ensures federal abortion rights up to viability, and allows post-viability abortion when the health of the mother is in jeopardy. The statute does not define viability or what constitutes when a mother’s health is in danger. Both issues are to be defined by the pregnant person’s medical practitioner.

“It clearly uses viability as a key distinction,” Kaine said. “Pre-viability women should have significant freedom — a state can regulate but can’t put an undue burden. Post-viability, the state can regulate a lot more, but can never stop a woman from accessing an abortion for her life and health.”
