How exactly would the documents come to light? HIPPA violations? What a dumb question. Are there any DOCUMENTED examples of methotrexate being denied because of an abortion law?

He thinks women purposely got cancer so they had access to abortion drugs.Does anyone honestly think he would care if they were documented? And if he said he cared, does anyone really think he'd do anything differently?
He - just like all the other anti abortion fanatics - is a hypocritical dishonest zealot.
Cancer chicks are like that.He thinks women purposely got cancer so they had access to abortion drugs.
Shaddup, dumbass.Cancer chicks are like that.
( Fight Club)
That’s funny, coming from you, 8bit.Shaddup, dumbass.
Individuals allegedly “reported” that they were denied the medication. Who are they, and who did they “report” to? Two organizations claim they are aware of these “reports.” HIPPA doesn’t prohibit people from publicly discussing their medical histories. How exactly would the documents come to light? HIPPA violations? What a dumb question.
Then how else would the documents come to light? By women telling their truths, that's how. Fuck, it's too early for your brand of stupidity.HIPPA doesn’t prohibit people from publicly discussing their medical histories.
Exactly. Women can simply “tell their truths” as legions of them have been doing with regard to abortion issues over the past 50 years or more. So far, you and I are unable to identify a single woman who claims to have been denied this medication as a result of an abortion law. All I’ve seen is a tweet referencing a story that references two organizations that claim to be “aware of reports” and “concerns.”Then how else would the documents come to light? Well... do you?
He asked "how else would it come to light" and your response is this?Exactly. Funny how when I searched, I found four women who allowed their names, and several organisations, all reporting on the current issue. But you...nope can't find anything......why?All I’ve seen is a tweet referencing a story that references two organizations that claim to be “aware of reports” and “concerns.”
He's a disingenuous piece of shit, that's how.Funny how when I searched, I found four women who allowed their names, and several organisations, all reporting on the current issue. But you...nope can't find anything......why?
Thank you for confirming my point. This Arthritis organization is unable to identify anyone either and has issued a request asking people to let them know if they have been denied access due to the SCOTUS ruling on Dobbs. We still don’t know of any women this has happened to.https://www.arthritis.org/about-us/news-and-updates/statement-on-methotrexate-access
GHLF
The Lupus Foundation
American College of Rehumotology
Four in a quick search all showing reports of people stating they have been denied, or were at first denied, but then later received a re-fill.
But Boomer can't seem to find this information.....*chuckles*
Why
WE
KNOW
WHY
That’s all I’m asking for. Specific cases. If you can share the names of the women and any supporting information that might substantiate that their medication is being denied due to the Dobbs ruling, please share. Thanks.Funny how when I searched, I found four women who allowed their names, and several organisations, all reporting on the current issue. But you...nope can't find anything......why?
If you do a quick search you can find the article by the Arthritis organisation, not just their statement...but apparently your incapable of using google at the moment.....Thank you for confirming my point. Pro tip: Next time read articles before posting links.
I find it very interesting that no one has affirmatively said "I own my own body and so does everyone else!" and that's the end of it.
That's telling in and of itself.
No, according to the rules around here, I don't have to put up links to back my statements, just ask dmonty, or rightguide or a slew of other dumb fuck Americans hanging out on these board. You have proven your misogyny over abortion time and again, So fuck off. That’s all I’m asking for. Specific cases. If you can share the names of the women and any supporting information that might substantiate that their medication is being denied due to the Dobbs ruling, please share. Thanks.
I don’t think I said 8.5 months but very likely did say that late term abortion, defined as 21 weeks by the CDC, is not uncommon in the US. The abortion rights Guttmacher Institute estimates about 15,000 terminations per year fall into this category, and says that “data suggests that most women seeking later terminations are not doing so for reasons of fetal anomaly or life endangerment.”The hilarious thing is this is the same lying POS that believes women abort at 8.5 months for "convenience".
