Do you own your body?

Maybe its a masochism thing?

Right church, wrong pew…. BDSM Forum down the hall on the right. Black door.
More likely a crazy telling lies in order to justify not taking the required daily meds.

The placenta is an organ that develops in the uterus during pregnancy. This structure provides oxygen and nutrients to a growing baby. It also removes waste products from the baby's blood. The placenta attaches to the wall of the uterus, and the baby's umbilical cord arises from it.

Time for compelled organ donation. But just for pregnant women apparently.

Man or woman, you never did own your own body. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to do a little more study of history outside of the "Woman's Rights" arena.

Why can't the government compel you to donate your organs or provide physical material support to preserve the life of another?

You think they "can't", or is it more likely that they "don't." Yet.

China used to have a 1-child policy. Then their population began to tank so they loosened the restrictions and allow multiple children. Their population is still falling. Query: How long before they mandate every woman between 14 and 20 have 1 child? Second query: How long after that before they mandate who gets to father that child based on economic and genetic factors?

Do you STILL think you own your own body?

We are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Again, why can't - or even doesn't - the US compel organ donation?

It's always good to hear from a failed ambulance chaser who writes shitty rape stories and an actual rapist about women's health issues.

THE MOMENT women allowed government to determine whether women have a right to their own reproductive organs or not, is the moment women gave away self determination.

When someone else says what you can or can't do, YOU don't control the outcome anymore. THEY do.

The only thing holding them back is social pressure. Change that, and the gov can do whatever it wants with your body. As China has proven which you seem to not understand "because this is the US." As if that made any difference to any government ever.

Can you tell me when women allowed anyone to do anything?

Can the federal government or states compel abortions?

Again, why can't the government compel organ donation in order to preserve the life of another?

No one has been able to answer this question.

Obfuscation, deflection, excuses.

I'll quote https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20114003/

Along with ethical considerations, compelling an individual to donate organs, tissues, or bodily fluids brings several legal doctrines into conflict. The privacy of one's body is generally considered sacrosanct by American courts, which have upheld a competent adult's right to refuse medical procedures, even in cases when they are necessary to save the life of another.

Yet there are those who treat gestation differently and who focus on the fetus - the organ recipient instead of the organ donor - the gestating woman.

Why is gestation different?

Yeah. That totally explains why you're on a porn site with an avatar like the one you have.

What happened to me had nothing to do with who i am, or anything that i did. I was a child who was failed by someone who ought to have protected me. That's a Him Problem, Not a Me Problem.

He has taken enough from me. I won't let him take my enjoyment of my body, or of sex.
I'm on a porn site because i want and chose to be. I chose to reveal myself in ways that are gratifying to me. Every vid and every picture i take is first and foremost for my own pleasure and enjoyment. I post them here because it pleases me to do so.

As for my avatar: you like it? Its a detail of a statue made by Italian Baroque artist Gian Lorenzo Bernini called The Rape of Proserpina. It's an incredible example of the style and of his masterful craftsmanship.

Bernini is credited for helping kick off the Baroque era. His works differ from earlier Renaissance masters in that they are full of energy and emotion. He showed the fear on Proserpina's face, showed her clawing at her agressor's face. He captured Hades' desperate berserker need.

Bernini broke from previous artistic traditions by showing the whole range of women's emotions. His were not passive, still-faced Madonnas. He gave them life and vitality, and the courage to fight back.

Its one of my favorite pieces of his, along with the Extacy of St. Theresa. I would have used that, but it's not as obviously racy as the one i chose.

I have a degree in Art History. I graduated with honors. I know what it means and what it doesn't.

What part of "IT CAN because you allowed the gov to make that determination in Roe's original suit" don't you understand?

That it DOESN'T, doesn't mean it can't. The precedents set in Griswold and the companion series of cases can be eliminated should the government decide to do so.

That the gov does require certain things is ONLY BECAUSE Roe opened that door and gave them that power. How they choose to use it, is up to them and not you any longer.

So then the government can compel organ donation because "we allowed the government to make that determination".

It follows then that as you voted for the politicians that enacted these laws that you support compelled organ donation as well as mandated providing of physical material support to preserve the life of another.

My question is again: why can't the US government compel organ donation to preserve the life of another?

If you want to point to Roe to say that it's Roe's fault then it is apparent you are not able to discuss this logically and instead want to deflect.

There is an entire history of the anti abortion movement. It's based in racism and evangelical recruitment into the right wing.

According to your logic, since we have "opened the door" for compelled organ donation in the case of gestation then there is no boundary limiting compelled organ donation in other situations.

My first thought was how horrible that any person would have to go through such horrible things when they're a teenager.

Instead of commemorate her for riding above such terrible things you choose to question her choice to be here? I'm just surprised you didn't ask her what she was wearing when she was attacked.

it might be a good idea to take a look at your words and actions and figure out when the hell you lost any semblance of compassion and humanity because you're truly a reprehensible person.

My favorite poster, who also has an Art History degree, had an Ecstacy of St. Teresa av once upon a time.

Pay Discount Saul Goodman no mind.

What's that old saying...when people show you who they are the first time, believe them? Something like that.
