I think it would turn a lot of these ridiculous conservative men to a pro-choice belief very quickly, back to a "keep the state out of abortion" position, instead of an "abortion is murder and against God's will" position. False equivalency. It is she who gestates. I'm not sure why you think that men should have the rights of those who gestate and give birth. They share none of the responsibilities of gestation/giving birth.

Abortions are healthcare. Women gestate and give birth. Pregnancies go awry. That you think it is okay to hold abortion hostage because men do not control their sperm is grand hubris.

When men gestate then they can get the choice of gestation. Men impregnate. That is the choice allotted to that role.

Even here the patriarchy attempts to control women. If I want medical attention it's usually regulated by a man. Decisions about my 'wellbeing' are mostly made by male politicians.
