Generally if I want advice, I will try to get advice from someone who at least appears to be more intelligent than I do. Maybe I could advise you on how to properly market yourself on how to give advice.

Yeah, I'm being an ass. But you are on a site filled with writers, and you can't even use the correct word. Epic fail.

SexTurn.
Methinks you were trying to start off something similar to The Anon Secrets thread. Now that you've edited your post, you've changed the direction. There is a place here...it's wonderful...it's called the How To Forum.

I'm not trying to be an ass like a certain litster above me, just trying to be helpful.

Oh...welcome to Lit.

I got questions.
So who is the we in giving the advise?
How do I know they are qualified to give a advise?
If I take any advice not saying I would, but they going to be responsible if something goes wrong?

Thanks this could be a fun place bit why do some feel the need to try to scare new people away?

If something goes wrong? Like mean people? And I figured the people following the thread could all weigh in. No good?

I think its always better to post a while and get to know the feel of the place for a few weeks before starting a new thread...some people are inclined to jump in.
