Ok.
Here's a challenge/question/invitation.

A while back after masturbating I tried to write a description of what I saw.

At the time I was trying to be concise, but I was unable to think of a word or short descriptor. I did a bit of thesaurising and did not find a satisfactory word (or phrase).

SO.. I will give you a wordier description and a quick illustration:

Frequently (and it is frequent) at the climax of masturbation I like to let it fly. There is some added pleasure in shooting a great distance and quantity. On occasion, such as this one, it makes sense to not generate a "mess". In order to minimize the possibility of having to wash the sheets, as my orgasm approached, I employed some extra gripping to staunch the flow. As a result, my cum.... (here's where the word/phrase would be)... rose up and out to a height of about an inch. several times as it also flowed forth running down my cock, pooling in the crook of my thumb and forefinger before overflowing. This made for an intense orgasm contributed by the visual.

Welling up. (it MORE than welled)
Shooting. (less than shooting)
Bubbling up.... not really
trickle ..nope
ooze... sounds too icky.
Percolation<<< kinda
surge...<< perhaps.. my cum surged up
gush... nah...as it emanated from a narrow source.
emanate... not enough pressure.
arise...
spill forth... not quite

anyway...

Somebody might want to have a go.

I like "pulsed". You're on your own for the "meaty fist" part.

This is what you think about when you masturbate?

Did you happen to look at the sketch that you showed us? It has a meaty fist in it.

of course I didn't look at it!
That would imply that I proof what I do.

The IMPORTANT part was the rise of the semen. Not a dribble and not a "rope" of cum, not a stream.

Welcome to AH, the forum where we discuss how to describe the expulsion of sperm during an orgasm brought forth by masturbation; in the most suitable literary terms.

ROFL!!!!!!!

Okay, I've looked at the picture....

You draw when you masturbate?

And I'd use the word "fountain." Or percolate. That's a good word for it, too.

Nooooo...
I drew that from memory... afterwards, just this morning as a visual aid, as it seemed appropriate considering the words were elusive.

It could be a very brief "fountain" and without all the spray and mist often associated with the landscape sort.

I did think that "percolate" was close.

something else (metaphorically) that came to mind, was a drinking fountain without the normal "ooomph"... one at which you have to get very close to lap up the .... water.

"percolate"? naw... I bet there's an engineering term, dealing with surface tension and viscosity and general oooo-ness.

damn, Throbbs, if ever a picture was worth a hundred words!:rose:
"pulsing" I think-- and then an adjective or adverb of some sort.

Thank you, now I can never use my coffee perculator again.

You owe me a life-time providing of Starbucks, buddy!

Yes, there was definitely pulsing going on.

Still, I don't think we have hit on a word for that....surge?
