I got my own server... Had banch of web sites I built for other people and I can't think what I want on my own

So can anyone make a site that isn't based on a template? They all seem really static to me, they need some sort of theme, or design. I would give out my site, but then I don't want to kill the server with 5000 hits in a day.

Mine's not a template. I have hosted web space and build every page through raw html.
