Sure. Templates however makes it a hell of a lot easier to update later on.

I have a site that I put up as a little side hobby. It's a Civil War Americana art site. I have sixteen Confederate Veteran ancestors and I am a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Zebulon Vance Camp #15, Asheville N.C. SALUTE

I had this site built according to my design and copy for about a thousand dollars. It cost's me twenty five dollars a month to keep it up. I make a little money off of it.
