For me it is a pendant. I had the same one for about 8 years and lost it recently. It took a month or two but I found a new pendant and I am rarely without it and feel nekkid if I am.

I also carry a marble and a loonie with me in my pocket. I dont know if they are good luck but they are very special.

i have several things that might be considered good luck charms. i have a spear point hanging from a leather thong on my rear view mirror. i have a silver bird point and my dog tag from 1965 around my neck. i started wearing the dog tag again after 9-11. i have a camo gimme cap that i've been hunting in for 12 years or so and won't go out without it and i only wear it when hunting.

on a different level than just good luck i've been interested in stone magic for some time now and carry a tiger's eye in my pocket all the times and keep a wand of snowflake agate at the music store.
