Do you hate certain names?

Kevin-I never met one who wasn't a sneaky little ass-hole.
Dean-I've only known a few, but they were all no good.
Earl-Total wastes.
Daryll-Only kew one, but he was a total dick.
And anyone from Ill!

I could have been named Adolph.

No, seriously.

My grandfather was named Adolph and his grandfather was named Adolph. The custom was to name the first grandson Adolph. My cousin was born first but he wasn't named Adolph, so in theory I could have been.

Of course, no one names their kids Adolph anymore (which is completely stupid but anyway) so its a moot point. Completely true story though.

Sorry to hijack the thread. I guess I don't really hate any names. Not that I can think of at the moment anyway.

I've never met a Chip that I liked, but I don't think the name was the problem in any of those instances. They all had very different styles of douchebaggery.

Fern is my personal nemesis. The only person I've ever been truly happy to see dead was named Fern. There've been other folks, bad folks, that I thought the world was better off without, but her death actually made me smile.

alisonwunderlnd, thank you for your response. i take it you were hurt by someone named chuck.

ever notice how most people end up resembling their name in a stereotypical way?

john- (there are too many of them)
lenwood- geeky
chad- metrosexual or gay
marcia- geeky closet lesbian
lucinda- a total bitch
martha- a fat old woman
wilma-" " " "
bertha-" " "
mitchell- a nerd, but if he turns out to be a big dude he insists on being called mitch

there are just some names that women have that you would not want to exclaim while doing them. like, martha, wilma, and bertha.

"Tony". Yeah I could see that. Also "Tyler", "Mauricio", and "Drew". All of these names make my blood boil and not in a good way.

Anything with Blob in it. For instance, Blobattentionwhore.

Well, I know of one name that I've always liked was Andrew, all awsum guys I've met, not dated, just cool people. Not really a name I dislike too much though.

Thats fine. I've known some swell guys named Andrew. I don't hate the name "Drew" just don't prefer it. Its like the name "Ron". Not my fave b/c I had a really jerk of a boss with that name. Btw I like your screenname.
