and then regret it later?

I'm in a hormonally induced, emotionally unstable mood and I'm getting edgier and edgier as the day goes on. I'm fairly certain that I will regret a few of my posts at some later point. Right now though, it feels good to let off some steam. :D

Guilty as charged, although I don't do it often...
As hard as that might be to believe :D

Bad mood ... well is being extremely sarcastic considered a " bad mood" ... if it is ... then the answer is yes !

There have been times where I have been in a very cynical sarcastic mood and I have stopped my fingers from posting certain replies to certain individuals. Its so tempting ... but I control myself. :) ... and only post a few sarcastic replies.:D

I don't do it often either, but I've got to log off now or I'm really going to say things I'll regret later. Maybe. :D

I do the same thing! I write out a whole little post, and then I think to myself, why? So I click the little GB link up top instead.

Sort of therapuetic, like the letters you write to someone, but never send.

I just did post well in a bad mood. Again, thanks, Mom.

The posts I regret are the ones I make when I'm too tired to be here, because I don't read or comprehend the context.

That & my posts tend to be stupid, unsensitive, & unclear at those times.

Ooh, sounds ominous...
I think I tend to be a bit overly sarcastic at times...and people don't always get that...
If they'd only see the things I write, but decide not to post

:D

The last time I was in a good mood was before you were born. So I'd say yes to the first part of your question. And as for the second part, I'd say yes again, except for the 'later' part. I usually regret it immediately. Never was big on delayed gratification. I already regret that I'm probably going to hit the 'Submit Reply' button here in a sec.

I try to avoid it. No one is going to be impressed by me acting like an asshole, and inflicting my problem on random strangers isn't the answer.

Ive done it a few times. Really makes things worse in the end but it does feel good to have a sounding board sometimes. I have had regrets but none that would scar me :D

Not too often. If I really flip when I'm posting, I realize it before I'm done, because it comes out as a grandiose rant.

It happens to me a lot more in actual conversations, though. I used to have a huge problem with saying some of the nastiest things to people before I could reign in my tongue. I'm way better, now, but I'll still infrequently get half of a horrible comment out before cutting it off.

I post with my foot in my mouth ...does that count?

but I have regreted a post or two...

I've typed posts on many occasions and then zapped them instead of posting them. . .for a variety of reasons. . .and I definitely agree with people not understanding sarcasm. . .:D

Like the new av, Pix!
