Yes, well, it gets discussed frequently--and rather hazily here. It's really not much of an issue in what you can post to the story file here, so you can pretty much do as you like and let others do as they like.

Yeah but what does it matter. Topics are repeated constantly. And I'm not sure how much real damage he could do just by waving his arms for attention. To what end? If they receive some sort of psychological harm from it, there was probably no helping them in the first place. Anyone that hand around for any duration of time could probably figure it out on their own anyway.
