I have a boyfriend who showers me with attention and is incredibly romantic. He is amazing and I want to return the favor and do something really nice for him. We are planning on getting away for a night to the beach next week and I really want to suprise him with something romantic. Problem is, I have no idea what to do. I've already gave him massages, cards, sex , etc but I want to go bigger.. Any ideas?

Does he like to read? Have a favorite author? Even better, a favorite sexy author?

If so, bring something short that can be read in a little bit...stretch out on a towel on the beach, and read to him.

i think the most romantic ideas come from really knowing a person's soul. i think you'll get some great ideas here but whatever you choose will surely come from your own heart, from knowing him as we cannot. hopefully something will spark an idea for you in here. i think it's great that you want to do something nice and romantic for him.

one of the most romantic ideas i've come across recently was something SweetErika mentioned in a thread a while back. while she and her husband were dating she filled a bunch of balloons with notes (or maybe they were things she'd do for him) and then filled the balloons and piled them in his dorm room.

i don't know... it was somehting like that. erika? help me out here. i loved that story!

Women often forget that men are very visual wrt romance and sex. Start with some new outfits. Choose something for the evening that is totally unexpected- that can be a wide choice from leather to one of his shirts, just as long as it flattters your appearance.

Some hotels have poor lighting for romance, pack a couple candles.

A well timed smile or sexy look can be more powerful than a 'bump and grind'.

The beach is always a good start...

well i personally think that the best thing that you can do for him is just to spend time with him but thats only my inclination.

since he always lavishes the attention on you why don't you try somthing that he would like to do for instance: my GF loves sports and i hate them but she loves it when i sit and watch with her.
