I was downtown yesterday during lunch, it was a warm fall day, and raining lightly. Many of the women were out running for their lunch break. It looked like a wet t-shirt contest. I will say, most of them were on "the small side," but my oh my, they were gorgeous. Love the nipples, and small firm breasts just bouncing up and down with each stride. I actually dislike big boobs and very much prefer the smaller versions. Frankly, I think it's really very sick for women to get cosmetic breast "enhancement;" not only is it running a completely unnecessary medical risk, it's just plain mind-bogglingly stupid. How can a sane person actually believe that breast size makes the slightest difference?

What has been particularly galling is to watch these fucking, god damn ambulance chasing tort lawyers then turn around and sue the implant manufacturers. This is so completely insane as to defy belief. Here these women VOLUNTARILY CHOSE to unnecessarily introduce foreign substances into their bodies and then they turn around and fucking sue! It's UNBELIEVABLE!

Personally I have nothing against corrective plastic surgery, in fact I have recently had my nose fixed, something I've been wanting to do since I was 15yo.

I have friends who have had breast reduction with spectacular results.
I think that those who feel unhappy about a certain feature on their body, ought not to be condemned because they seeked help from a plastic surgeon.
If men feel unhappy about their baldness, why not try hair transplant? It's safe and usually successful... and it can change a man's appearence dramatically.

I have noticed that people who went through some minor plastic surgery, even if it's something almost imperceptible, they feel like new persons afterwards, livelier, their self confidence soaring.

On the other hand, I'm totally against breast implants. I am horrified seeing women with perfectly normal breasts, ending up with a pair of balloons on their chests. Even when they don't overdo it and go for a moderate increase, it still looks fake.

I respect their desire for a more attractive bust but I'd never do it. I know that my breasts are small for my stature, my body would look more 'balanced' if they were a couple of numbers larger but I don't care, I'm perfectly happy with my tinies
