Do penis pumps actually work?

I had one for a while when I was in college. I used it regularly for about a year and I definitely had an increase in girth, but remained 7.5 in length.

I'd be interested to know: did the increase in girth last? It seems like everything I've read about them (which isn't much, admittedly) suggests whatever they do is temporary.

However, ≈ 30% of the men reported that they were satisfied with the treatment."
So no, they don't actually work. But you might like it anyway.

you do have to be careful you can burst blood vessels in your stuff and you can damage it so you can find things like LEVETRA and EnZite but once you stop taking them it goes back to regular size but you'll only get like an inch or so...

As stated by another poster. They work... Temporarily. I used one, almost to excess, as I was trying to increase my modest 6 inches. The pump made it sooooo much thicker...at the time. But hours later my cut cock looked as if it were surgically altered. The head had a huge blood filled ring around it(which went away a couple hours later) and it was NOT attractive. My wife thought I had some sort of disease!! Be happy with what GOD gave gave you and love yourself........4 inches 6 inches 8 inces ect. Ya got a cock, be happy.

At my age of 74, I use a penis vacuum pump regularly. Sold by Encore, it has a small battery operated motor on the top end to pull the vacuum. And it is arranged with an elastic restrictor ring on the bottom end which slips on to the base of the penis to lock in the blood flow. I have mild ED and the pump works wonders. Yes, one has to avoid overdoing the vacuum, but with a little practice, I have found a very happy medium. The secret to getting a good vacuum is lots of lubricant at the base of the penis where the end of the tube meets the body. I can usually get 20 minutes of sexual action before I need to remove the restrictor ring; this is only temporary to allow blood flow to circulate, then after a short rest, you can repeat the process for another 20 minutes or more. I have a heart condition that does not permit me to use Viagara, etc. anyway.
