Actually, I do not know what men believe, but I just returned from what I thought would be a very peaceful walk, and along the way I encountered a couple of remarks that were polite and curteous, and that eleicited a smile and a thank you, and then I encountered, "Nice tits."

Why do some guys say things like this? I mean, really? lol

While I am not one to quote from John Hughes moves often the line "The world is full of guys. Be a man" comes readily to mind.

Some guys are just too thick skulled or dim witted to engage in polite conversation or worse are the cro-magnon macho bastards that give the rest of us a bad name.

Unless of course you were walking around topless, and yours were teh first nice tits he's ever seen outside of a pc monitor or magazine page, in which case he was probably stunned by your majestic mammaries.

I really wish I could evolve into some other gender just to get away from those "guys".

I dunno. I think we'd need a good view of the aforementioned titts to make the proper judgment on the matter. A 12x16 pic will do nicely.

Actually, I don't make said comments, save for on this board, but in truth, there probably is some level of honest intent behind them. If you think back to one of the threads about looking at breasts meant to be on display, a lot of women said if they were put on display, a glance is polite, and often a lingering glance is appreciated. Not that yours were on display necessarily, but the concept may still ring true in some men's minds. Speaking up at least got them noticed by you, and you never really know what kind of compliment a given woman is appreciative of. I know several women who'd be pleased to be told that.

After saying that, a compliment is still a compliment. It's not like they insulted said breasts....

It's a cost-effectiveness thing, Charley. In the minds of the guys (and it is always guys) that use it.

If a woman reacts well to 'nice tits' the guy thinks he's bypassed the whole 'polite' phase of the process of getting laid. If she doesn't, he believes he hasn't wasted any time.

I prefer your eyes, myself. But I'm strange that way.

When on vacation with O, I was taking a digital photo of him, and started laughing hysterically having captured him in mid-gawk at a passing teen in mini-skirt. I had told him on numerous occaissions that he looks like a dork when being so obvious, as obvious men often do, lol, but he had never believed me. UNTIL, I showed him the photo. LOL.
