Why not….Sex does not have to include penetration. Surely it’s about the whole body thing and the feelings that go with it. If a woman doesn’t want to be penetrated but stimulated in other ways then a good partner will ensure that pleasure is given. I am always happy to ensure my partner gets the pleasure she wants and needs in the way she wants it. That in turn gives me pleasure!

Being submissive, and BDSM in general, doesn't have to involve penetration; for me, if I'm being dom it's often sexual, but penetration isn't necessarily on the menu; I like giving orgasms. But sex doesn't have to be a part of it at all. If I'm being sub, it's entirely non-sexual. Everything happens between my ears.
Even in the bedroom, non-penetrative sex is cool. There is so much else to explore when you know what you're doing that sticking your cock in a hole becomes a very low priority.
