OK, I'll say it. The kids now-a-days are pussies. So is this OP.

Yeah well my kids didnt walk to school. I drove them, every day.
Years later my younger one (19 at that time) got hit by a speeding maniac at that same crossing I was never willing to let them walk over. She is alive but will bear scars and have problems probably for the rest of her life.

When I was their age I had a job, BMW and could afford holidays in London, Athens or Paris every summer.
My girls are working as waitresses until the boss ask them to make the customers more happy than they are willing to, trying to study at the same time (though there is no guarantee whatsoever they will get any kind of better job no matter what school they finish), live in rented apartments and share old VW.

They dont want to make me a grandma yet because, as they say, they cant afford it. And I cant help them much because life throw me in fight for my own existence. I can only be immensely proud of them and love them to pieces, if that is of any help.

Some kids in some countries are pussies nowdays. Definitely.
Not all kids everywhere.

Hey, it's not my fault I can't afford the internet right now. Sadly enough, rent always wins out over the internet. *pouts* Sometimes it sucks to be the grownup.

Disobedience is fun to an extent depending on personal boundraies ... and i feel the same i only have internet on weekends . My college has blocked porn . It is terrible because many of us still pay for our internet service .
