yes, when she was 22, I believe. That's why it's so doubtful that there was anything going on between her and John Smith - she was only 11 at the time.

John SMith, you freak!

No wonder his name is used for naughty hotel registers now!

Alice isn't half bad!

Alice is cute but she's only about 12 years old. Maybe not even that old.

What about Mulan? Beauty and activism and heroism.

Tinkerbell … I have always wanted to be Tinkerbell. In fact that's one of my family nicknames and my relatives still send me Tink stuff. I was Jasmine at Disney for one long hot summer … kewl clothes. ;)

a visual of Yui as Jasmine....ok, there goes that Ariel answer, right out the window....

Aww, CD ya forgot Princess Aurora.
(More commonly known as Sleeping Beauty.)
She's my favorite. :) And my idol, second only to Dolly. :p

What is it about something so simple as a cartoon image that can capture so many peoples imaginations?

I have to admit to having a crush on Belle a few years ago. She's just so damn cute and sweet.

OK, so which is it? Come on, admit it, everyone has a favorite. Either because you think she's cute or hot or you can relate to her or for whatever reason.

(Yes... I know... another pointless thread from CD. Humor me, I'm tired.) :p

Yannow, this is the second thread in two days that's identical to one I started.

The other thread even had the same title as mine. Either I'm getting old, or people's attention spans are getting shorter.

And you missed out the best people in your poll. Hmph.

Jasmine for me.

Something about that sultry Middle Eastern look that gets me.

Having a tiger for a pet was very cool as well.

Gotta go with Cloudy and Imp here. Pocahontas AND Irene Bedard are gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous...

...though some of these versions of Belle and tinkerbell have made me...uncomfortable

And let's not forget Jessica Rabbit.

EL: Jane WAS cute too.

Waitaminute! Yui was Jasmine...can we put that in the poll?

That gives a new meaning to the name Disney.

SOme one really needs to do an update of that, with the new characters and such.

Maybe even make it a trypich and have 3 sets of scenes, or such.

Man I wish I could draw.

None of the above

I am not attracted to any of the Disney cartoon women. I prefer the real thing.

I do have a soft spot for Pocohontas. I have visited where she is buried. Her actual grave site is lost but there is a memorial in Gravesend that is within 50 metres of her interment.

Although she was popular in England, she didn't live long probably because she was exposed to diseases for which she had no natural immunity. She died a long way from her homeland but is still remembered and honoured in Gravesend.

Og

Edited to add: Gravesend and Pocohontas
